Is there any under eye cream that actually works?

I have bags under my eyes. i always have to put concealer before i go out. Is there a special cream that actually works to get rid of the darkness under my eyes?

use tis homemade-eye-cream-for-dark-circles.
1 tablespoon lanolin (PURE LANOLIN, 100% Pure Australian Anhydrous Lanolin Pharmaceutical Grade 2 oz.)
1½ tablespoon almond oil
1 teaspoon soybean flour (Soy Powder)
2 teaspoons cold water

    concealer dont work. Try under eye brightner from smashbox

    I use Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle. It diminishes the dark circles greatly, and afterwards I apply concealer for touchup. Keep in mind, that the eye cream will take days for it to work. I’ve applied it twice daily, and it took several days before I noticed the circles lightening. Hope this helps.
