		<description>No. The reason Prep H is so good for under the eyes is that it contains an anti swelling ingredient which helps reduce puffiness under the eyes. This anti swelling ingredient is what eases the pain and itch of the hemorrhoids. But the ingredients that are commonly in under eye creams would not be beneficial to hemorrhoids unless you wanted to moisturize them!
