You apply it under eye before applying the foundation.

if you have extreme dark circles under your eyes, then you can put a layer on top of the foundation but make sure you do it in a proper manner and not go overboard or else it might get cakey

    i wasnt ever a fan of almay. ive tried so many brands of foundation, and i found that relvon was the best in my opinion, it didnt wipe off on clothing and it blends into youre skin perfectly. i apply a liquid foundation, then i apply revlon powder foundation
