i would use a loose … i would use a loose translucent silica powder to set the concealer around the undereye area, espiecially for people with fine lines

It can but not very … It can but not very well. I suggest you get a creamy green concealer to cancel out the red. One that I have seen is from Chanel but I’m sure there are cheaper brands that offer a green concealer.

for me it provides …
for me it provides no coverage just shimmery to diffuse the light from the circles. i would use the corrector
