It is really easy and efficient!
Apply lighter concealer to the shadow that the bag creates and slightly darken the puffy under-eye area with foundation (its important not to over-do with darkening under-eye area not to create dark under-eye circles).

My nervousness is clearly reflected by the number of times that i have used the words “under the eye”, “Umm”, “Err”. I have actually lost count of the number of times that i have used them.
