Eye Wrinkles

I find this concealer to be very great & non-creasing for under the eye. I am color NW45 in MAC products and I can pull off dark & med/dark in Smashbox concealer!

The lightening ingredient is spelled hydroquinone. Don’t quote me but I think the highest level you can get over the counter is 2%…I think.
