1st – Use a good eye cream (remember good doesn’t always equate to expensive.) An hydration eye cream is fine for people with no uder eye concerns. A brightening eye cream is good for people with dark under eye circles. A wrinkle reducing eye cream is great for people with fine lines and wrinkles.
2nd – Use your ring finger to pat in the concealer.
3rd – Use a concealer a shade or two lighter than your complexion if you’re using a foundation, and match it to you exact complexion if you’re not using a foundation.
4th – Mix your foundation with your concealer to get the best color match.
5th – TO PREVENT CREASING, use a small soft brush and set with powder.
