I am 19 years old and each morning, I notice defined wrinkles underneath my eyes. They generally fade away after 15 minutes or so.

I went to the doctor and she said I had a viral infection, so I got antibiotics. But the anti- biotics didn’t really work that well, and it only reduced my puffiness a bit. So, I’m going to the doctor again, but I’ve had this for 2 months and it’s not heriditary or common at all for me? Is there something wrong with my eye?
It isn’t usually permanent. Have you tried cucumbers or used chamomile tea bags (cooled of course). You may also want to try preparation H cream (sounds gross but it works every time for me). Cool compresses also work if you have the time to sit there for 20 minutes with it on your face. I hope this helps, I know how you feel.
I’m currently using neutrogena under eye concealer and Avon eyeliner but they aren’t working too well for me.
Are you wearing an eye cream before you put on your concealer? Because if you aren’t you might want to try that as they do help a lot.
The absolute best concealer for under eyes is MAC’s prolong wear. There is pretty much no better coverage than that and it comes in a convenient and hygienic pump bottle.
However, Boing by Benefit is very good as well. It doesn’t have as good coverage as MACs and there are some hygiene concerns (having to stick your finger in there can’t be too clean), but if those minor details don’t bother you then you will be fine.
Erase Paste by Benefit is good as well. It has a lot of moisture in it so it is good for fine lines. Again, there’s the hygiene though.
As for eyeliner, I don’t know if you’re talking about pencil or liquid, but just in case I’ll give you both.
Physican’s Formula has a really good felt tip liquid eyeliner. It’s very precise. Loreal’s felt tip liquid eyeliner is good as well.
As for pencil eyeliner, I really like Loreal’s HIP black kohl eyeliner. Unlike the competetion, it stays on all day. I love Rimmel’s eyeliner as well.
