Love it! love it! love it!! yes, you need the Perfecting Lotion on top but it is the best eye cream out there. i have tried them all and can not live without this.

This product is very drying. After 6 wks, it dehydrated my skin & created many fine wrinkles and several deep ones.
It turns out that some people use additional moisturizers on top of it, but the product doesn’t list this in their instructions.
