I’m 21 years old and I have genetic dark circles under my eyes. Is there anything by a prescription that I can use? Also, even if genetic under eye circles cannot be cleared up, what kind of cream can I use to hydrate the skin? Should I use the anti aging one?

This is my night time routine! i think this eye cream is way better than those pricey expensive eye creams seriously i used to use Lancome eye cream but this is cheaper, better, natural and effective! i am literally wearing no makeup throughout this video! i became more confident with my skin!
