Someone please help me!!! Stop my confusion and worry. I’ve been trying to figure out why I have under eye puffiness. I don’t drink the daily recommended amount of water, if I do drink water it’s like 2 or 3 cups and sometimes none! Is that the real reason why I have under eye puffiness? You need to drink over a liter a day. Being dehydrated can lead to a lot of problems. Drinking water will probably help.
