use an eye cream/serum while you sleep, drink lots of water and get enough sleep. This will sound kinda weird- hemorrhoid cream helps with puffiness and dark circles. If you are still having problems, use a foundation primer and pat it under your eyes, then use a yellow concealer and gently pat it under your eye or use a concealer brush. Put regular concealer over that (make sure to warm your concealer up on the back of your hand so it will go on smoother) Apply a face powder slightly lighter than the one your regularly use under your eyes. This should really help diminish dark circles
References :
this is what I do and it works

Teabags and spoons in the freezer will reduce swelling, but i find they don't help with the dark coloring you get with under-eye circles. i recently started using maybelline ny age rewing concealer and found that it really does brighten and lift my undereye area. i go over that with max factor erase, because i like a thicker coverage and find stick concealers do this better than liquid ones. make sure you blend the concealer well. by this point my eyes are looking bright and natural, and my bags have pretty much dissapeared. i use a loose powder to set my concealer and make sure that my eyes stay bright all day.
References :
drink a lot of water
you can use
-cucumbers
-tea bags
-cold spoons

cucumbers- cut them into slices and then put them over your eyes or the bags under your eyes and leave them for about 10 to 15 minutes. then take it off. they should be gone.

tea bags- put it into hot water and let the tea like expand into the water so leave it until you think all the tea flavor is in the water.then let it cool and then put it on your eye bags. im not sure how long to do this because ive never tried it myself. ive heard of it.

spoons- put spoons in the refrigerator or the freezer and leave it in there until it gets really cold.im not sure about that time either. i havent tried this one. but since i heard it works.and once its cold, put them on your eyes and leave it until the spoon isnt cold anymore.

If the ice and tea bags doesn't work there are products that can help.
I have seen some great results from a couple of the Avon products.
If you want you can email me, I can get you a discount on them and help you find the right one for you.
Good luck:)
References :
Spoons stuck in the fridge and gently placed on your closed eyes help.
cucumbers, chamomile tea bags that have been soaked for a minute in warm to hot water, and a skin firming eye cream at night like lancome Renergie Morpholift Eye Cream.
References :
I used to keeps spoons in the freezer. The coolness helps reduce the swelling you just close your eyes and hold them over the bags.

Tea bags work too, and cucumbers.
