I have recently recovered from a three-week extreme allergy attack that caused my eyes to itch and water so badly that I itched them all the time. Now they are very damaged, dark, and flat. I would really like to repair them without going over budget, and I don’t want to order something online and wait for it. So can anyone recommend a good quality eye cream or gel that is under $15 and is available at Target or a drugstore?
